Our client is a well established display and design company. Hard working design and production teams worked in tandem to deliver original and effective solutions to customers, from display stands, to banners and a wide range of bespoke signs.
The Issue
As with all family businesses, the owners were heavily involved in day to day running of the business. Ampios helped to broaden the management base, as there were talented staff members keen to take on more responsibility.
The Outcome
The workflow was addressed and two distinct departments, design and production, were given more structure. This unveiled opportunities to increase margins, as well as provide more management leverage for the owners, who could then focus on more strategic issues in order to grow the business further.
