Our client is a family owned business, keen to align its business model and management capability with its strategic ambitions.
The Issue
While it was recognised that the export strategy could be magnified in the light of market demands and potential, there was a requirement to restructure roles and bring new talent to some key positions, in order to be able to execute any strategy successfully.
The Outcome
The business export strategy was redefined and key executive roles filled such as the appointment of a managing director and then a sales director. The strategy execution is now resourced, thus minimising pressure on the family members and bringing talent capacity to fuel further growth.
